Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Andy King (Labour), on Monday, 24 January 2005, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 60 members in total.
NATIONAL ADVOCACY NETWORK
That this House welcomes the work of the National Advocacy Network, especially the commitment of independent volunteer advocates; but notes that there is no national funding strategy for advocacy and believes that the network needs this to ensure its independence, sustainability and compliance with legislation and to support the continued invaluable work of the network.
