Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Lord Stratford (Labour), on Wednesday, 23 March 2005, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 8 members in total.

UEFA AND JOST MOURINHO (No. 2)

That this House is appalled by the defamatory statements about Mr JosT Mourinho issued by William Gaillard, the UEFA Director of Communications; is astonished that Mr Gaillard should be allowed to abuse his position with total impunity; believes that any investigation by UEFA or its nominees into last month's events at the Nou Camp cannot now be fair or impartial; and calls upon the Football Association to make the strongest possible protest to UEFA, which seems to be run by officials who are both soft on racism and long on anti-English sentiment.
