That this House congratulates Southend United Football Club, its Chairman, Board of Directors and players on reaching the final for the second year running of the LDV Vans Trophy to be played at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff on Sunday 10th May; further congratulates them on leading the 2nd Division; and wishes the team well for the Final and the rest of the season.
