STRATEGIC HEALTH AUTHORITIES

That this House notes with concern the financial pressures under which the NHS is operating in many areas of the country; recognises that strategic health authorities are a considerable additional financial burden upon NHS resources; and calls on the Government to abolish all strategic health authorities.
