That this House notes that 17th April marks the beginning of John McCarthy's sixth year as a hostage in the Lebanon; that Terry Waite is now in his fifth year and Jackie Mann will soon commence his third, while Roger Cooper remains imprisoned in Tehran; welcomes the efforts taken by the British Government to press for their release; and calls upon those who hold them and all who have influence on them to bring about their immediate release.
