Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor David Marshall (Labour), on Tuesday, 2 May 2006, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 21 members in total.
STRANDING OF PASSENGERS BY AIR SCOTLAND
That this House notes that yet again Air Scotland has stranded passengers and ruined hundreds of people's holidays because of delayed flights for which no explanations were given; further notes that this has happened too many times in the three years during which Air Scotland has been operating and that no adequate compensation has been made; and believes that an investigation into Air Scotland's operation by the Civil Aviation Authority is long overdue.
