Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor David Kidney (Labour), on Tuesday, 27 June 2006, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 51 members in total.
PRESIDENT'S AWARD FROM THE ROYAL SOCIETY OF CHEMISTRY 2006
That this House congratulates the hon. Member for Bolton South East on his well-deserved receipt of the coveted President's Award from the Royal Society of Chemistry; notes that only one such award is made each year and that last year's award went to Bill Bryson; and heartily agrees with the Royal Society's judgement in recognising the hon. Member's expertise, commitment and hard work in his promotion of the importance of chemistry.
