Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Terry Davis (Labour), on Monday, 15 April 1991, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 71 members in total.
DISABLEMENT BENEFIT
That this House is deeply concerned that the introduction of the rule whereby only those with disability assessed at 14 per cent. or more qualify for disablement benefit has led to a serious decline in the numbers qualifying for benefit, particularly amongst sufferers of vibration white finger, dermatitis, tenosynovitis and beat conditions of the hand, knee and elbow.
