ISRAELI AIR ATTACK ON THE LEBANON

That this House notes that on 5th February, an Israeli air attack on the Lebanon resulted in more deaths then the cumulative total of those killed by Scud attacks on Israel; and further notes that human life in the Lebanon is as sacred as human life in Israel.
