100th ANNIVERSARY OF THE TERRITORIAL ARMY (No. 2)
That this House salutes the men and women of the Territorial Army (TA) and its veterans on the 100th anniversary of the formation of its progenitor organisation on 1st April 1908 through the merger of existing Yeomanry, Militia and Volunteers; recognises the service and sacrifice of TA soldiers in conflicts past and present and in peacetime; and looks forward to the TA continuing to be an integral part of the UK's security effort.
