ILLEGAL PARKING OF FOREIGN-REGISTERED VEHICLES

That this House notes that foreign vehicles can avoid parking fines by registering abroad; believes that this is unacceptable; and calls on the Government to bring forward legislative proposals to give local authorities the power to tow away and confiscate illegally parked vehicles that are registered outside the UK.
