Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Paul Keetch (Liberal Democrat), on Wednesday, 2 July 2008, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 14 members in total.
HEREFORDSHIRE WHEELS2WORK
That this House notes and applauds the Herefordshire Wheels2Work scheme, operating under Herefordshire Voluntary Action, which aims to support people who are disadvantaged in the labour market by their inability to access public or private transport to employment or training opportunities; acknowledges that the work of the project substantially supports the activities of Jobcentre Plus, Connexions and the Learning and Skills Council; and fully supports the group in its bid for future funding options.
