VEHICLE NUMBER PLATE FLAGS (No. 2)
That this House congratulates the Government on its revision of the Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001 to permit the voluntary display of national flags from 27 April 2009; and welcomes this revision which will allow British citizens proudly to display their national emblem.
