PROMOTING DIVERSITY AMONG LOCAL GOVERNMENT DECISION-MAKERS

That this House condemns the personal attacks by Labour councillors in Lambeth on Councillor Evans-Jacas, including the disgraceful description of her as a scab; and urges councillors to recognise that in a civilised society people should be treated with respect by their colleagues even when they decide to leave the Labour Party and join the Conservatives.
