That this House congratulates the Independent International Commission on Decommissioning and its Chairman, General John de Chastelain, on its role over the last 12 years; notes that it successfully facilitated the decommissioning of arsenals of the Provisional IRA, the UDA, the UVF, INLA and the Official IRA; and praises its immense contribution to peace in Northern Ireland.
