BRITISH BEER AND PUB ASSOCIATION GUIDE AND BRITISH TOURISM WEEK 2010

That this House praises the guide produced by the British Beer and Pub Association that suggests how pubs can get involved in British Tourism Week, which will take place between 15 and 21 March 2010; welcomes the opportunity for British pubs to boost trade and promote the virtues of the pub; notes the British Beer and Pub Association's suggestion to pubs to launch special events and menus to celebrate British Tourism Week; further welcomes the suggestion that hon. Members visit their local pubs for a day to attract further business for pubs during British Tourism Week; commends the British Beer and Pub Association statement that tourism in Britain just would not work without the great British pub; and encourages hon. Members to support their local pubs' participation in British Tourism Week.
