Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Barry Sheerman (Labour and Co-operative Party), on Wednesday, 7 April 2010, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 1 members in total.

CHILDREN, SCHOOLS AND FAMILIES BILL

That this House is deeply disturbed by the actions of Her Majesty's Opposition in failing to support key elements of the Children, Schools and Families Bill which would have delivered guaranteed one-to-one tuition for children, compulsory home-school agreements and proper protection for home-educated children; and calls on the Government to reinstate the central provisions of the Bill at the earliest opportunity.
