Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Lord Soley (Labour), on Monday, 3 February 1992, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 98 members in total.
P.S.A.
That this House notes with grave concern reports that the Property Services Agency is to be privatised by paying Tarmac, a contributor to Conservative Party funds, up to ??85 million to take it off the Government's hands and then to make redundant most of its employees; believes that this paves the way for a massive privatisation of Government agencies at taxpayers' expense if the Conservatives were to win the election with great potential for corruption, sleaze and laundering taxpayers' money into Conservative Party funds; and calls on the Secretary of State for the Environment to make a full statement to the House and to publish all documents concerning the sale of the Property Services Agency.
