DESIGNATED DRIVERS
That this House notes that when driving at twice the legal alcohol limit a driver is at least 30 times more likely to cause a road crash than a driver who has not been drinking; welcomes the Budweiser's Designate a Driver anti-drink drive advertising campaign run during the 2010 World Cup as a part of the company's commitment to responsible drinking; and encourages observance of this company's message by designating a driver.
