FOOTBALL NEEDS CAMPAIGN
That this House welcomes the Football Association's Football Needs campaign and its target to recruit 50,000 newly-qualified coaches by the end of 2011 and 8,000 new referees by 2012; and calls on everyone from mothers and fathers to ex-players and armchair football fans and their families throughout England to use their passion and interest for the game to become coaches and referees and to play their role in developing the next generation of male and female English footballers.
