That this House congratulates Banks Mining, part of the Banks Group, on its award for Surface Miner of the year; and recognises its areas of excellence in environmental performance and site management and its wonderful creation of the Northumberlandia that will be the world's biggest 400 metre long earth sculpture, known as the Goddess of the North, which will hopefully attract thousands of visitors into the area of South East Northumberland.
