SHAREHOLDERS AND EXECUTIVE PAY
That this House congratulates shareholders at Aviva, Barclays, Trinity Mirror and others for attempting to tackle high pay at their recent company annual general meetings; welcomes the beginning of the shareholder spring; believes that shareholders across Britain should join the campaign to tackle unjustifiable high pay; and calls on the Government to bring forward radical and effective proposals in its response to the Consultation on Enhanced Shareholder Voting Rights.
