INCREASING PARKING FACILITIES IN RESIDENTIAL RETIREMENT HOUSING COMPLEXES

That this House calls on the Government to ensure that elderly residents living in leasehold, residential and retirement housing complexes have access to parking facilities for vehicles and mobility scooters; recognises the health benefits gained from elderly residents being able to keep active and have guests stay; and calls on the Government to ensure that no new developments are built without these basic facilities being included.
