SUPPORT FOR CARERS AND OTHER PEOPLE WITH MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS
That this House recognises the vitally important work carried out by carers for those who suffer with mental health problems; further recognises those groups that provide support for these carers, especially Carers Trust Heart of England; acknowledges the extremely valuable work that this service undertakes in supporting those who care for those in the Coventry and Warwickshire community suffering from a variety of mental health issues and who are dealing with difficult and challenging problems; and calls on the Government to ensure that all services are fully equipped to deal with the increasing number of people who require acute inpatient mental health care to ensure that both those who suffer from mental health problems and those who care for them receive adequate and appropriate care and support.
