30TH ANNIVERSARY OF DEATH OF DANIEL MORGAN
That this House notes that 10 March 2017 marks the 30th anniversary of the brutal and unsolved murder of Daniel Morgan of Llanfrechfa; congratulates BBC Radio Wales on its broadcast which featured an ex-police detective urging the Metropolitan Police Commissioner Cressida Dick to expose police wrongdoing; calls for the publication of the secret Tiberius Report which reveals the horrifying extent of police corruption among the London police; and offers its full support to the family of Daniel Morgan in their appeal for a second Leveson Inquiry.
