Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Keith Vaz (Labour), on Tuesday, 5 September 2017, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 22 members in total.

PANORAMA PROGRAMME 'BRITAIN'S IMMIGRATION SECRETS'

That this House is shocked and disturbed by the BBC Panorama documentary Britain's Immigration Secrets exposing the abuse suffered in Brooke House, the immigration detention centre managed by G4S; commends the efforts of reporter Callum Tulley for his bravery in reporting on this matter despite the personal risk; considers that there must be segregation between asylum seekers and criminals who have been released from prison; and calls on the Government to introduce separate wings of detention centres in order to protect refugees and asylum seekers.
