Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Daniel Kawczynski (Conservative), on Wednesday, 7 March 2018, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 13 members in total.

NON LEVY APPRENTICESHIP FUNDING FOR COLLEGES

That this House notes that Shrewsbury, Stafford, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Exeter, Henley-on-Thames and Plumpton Colleges have experience in the provision of excellent and high quality apprenticeship training, which is valued and supported by employers; is disappointed that those colleges are not in receipt of non levy apprenticeship funding; and calls on the Government to provide those colleges with that funding or transitional assistance to ensure that the provision of apprenticeships can be maintained until the new funding arrangements are introduced in April 2018.
