Canon Pat Browne
That this House congratulates Canon Pat Browne on completing a decade as Roman Catholic Duty Priest to the Houses of Parliament; recalls Canon Pat's ordination to the Priesthood in 1974 and his appointment as Parish Priest of the Church of the Holy Apostles in Pimlico in 2001; remembers that Canon Pat was appointed Duty Priest to the Palace of Westminster in October 2009; commends Canon Pat for the tireless zeal with which he has carried out his duties as Duty Priest; offers best wishes to Canon Pat as he continues in this much-appreciated pastoral role; and thanks Canon Pat Browne for his ten years of exemplary and selfless service to the members, staff and families of both Houses of Parliament and the community of the Palace of Westminster.
