QUESTIONS OF PROCEDURE FOR MINISTERS
That this House notes that section 107 of the Rules for Ministers says 'Ministers must resign any directorships they hold when they take up office' and its concerned to note that in recent company returns Viscount Cranborne is a director of Stalbury Trustees, which is devoted to the promotion of conservative principles; further notes that the honourable Member for Conwy is a director of Professional Secretarial Services Ltd., that the honourable Member for Richmond and Barnes is a director of Sheridon-Hanley Enterprises Ltd. and that the honourable Member for Suffolk South is a director of Anacol Holdings Ltd., a subsidiary of which has principally been engaged in security dealing; and calls on the Prime Minister to investigate these breaches of Ministerial rules and publish his conclusions.
