That this House notes the fact that 10 members of the present Cabinet: the Prime Minister, Defence Secretary, Foreign Secretary, Chancellor of the Exchequer, Home Secretary, President of the Board of Trade, Lord President of the Council, Northern Ireland Secretary, Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and the Chief Whip have featured in the minutes of Government meetings approving arms for Iraq; and condemns the lack of transparency in Government actions.
