That this House pays tribute to the extraordinary bravery of Samir Zitouni and Stephen Crean; notes that both men have shown the very best of Britain through their courage, calm, and compassion in the face of unimaginable danger; further pays tribute to the emergency services and hospital staff who responded with professionalism and care; and calls on the Government to recommend that Samir Zitouni and Stephen Crean be awarded the George Cross in recognition of their outstanding heroism.
