Grandmaster David Bailey awarded Ninth Dan in Taekwondo
That this House congratulates Grandmaster David Bailey, founder and Chief Instructor of Central Taekwondo Academy in Falkirk, on being awarded Ninth Dan Taekwondo, the highest rank attainable; recognises that this award followed the successful completion of a rigorous High Dan promotion process at Kukkiwon in Seoul; further recognises the decades of dedication, discipline, and leadership demonstrated by David Bailey throughout his career; acknowledges the significant contribution that Central Taekwondo Academy has made to Falkirk and surrounding communities through the promotion of sport, confidence, and personal development for people of all ages; and wishes Grandmaster David Bailey every success as he continues to pass on his expertise, values, and experience to future generations of students.
