Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Clive Jones (Liberal Democrat), on Monday, 1 June 2026, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 40 members in total.
Enhertu for metastatic breast cancer patients
That this House recognises the recent changes to NICE’s cost effectiveness threshold, which could facilitate better access to new medicines; expresses concern that Enhertu, a treatment for people with incurable HER2-low metastatic breast cancer, remains unavailable to patients on the NHS in England; welcomes Breast Cancer Now's Enhertu Now campaign, supported by METUPUK and Make 2nds Count; and urges pharmaceutical companies Daiichi Sankyo and AstraZeneca, NHS England and NICE to reach a deal to make Enhertu available to those who urgently need it to give them more time to live.
