Wokingham's Best Pub Competition
That this House congratulates The Two Poplars in Wokingham on being the winner of the Wokingham's Best Pub Competition, organised by the hon. Member for Wokingham and voted on by members of the local community; further congratulates the runner-up establishment The White Horse in Holme Grange, and all the other local businesses that secured votes from customers; supports the vital role the hospitality industry plays in supporting local communities; calls upon the Government to recognise this contribution across the country by easing the economic conditions these businesses operate in; and thanks the people of Wokingham constituency for their enthusiastic participation in supporting local businesses with both their votes and their custom.
