CONDUCT OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT
That this House deplores the continuing refusal of the Secretary of State for transport to meet Right honourable and honourable Members of the House representing constituencies in Greater Manchester concerning the break-up and privatisation of Greater Manchester Buses; and further regrets that the Secretary of State shows total contempt for the rights of honourable Members of the House to have access to Ministers of the Crown.
