21st anniversary of Yoker Community Campus

That this House congratulates Yoker Community Campus, in the constituency of Glasgow West, on the occasion of its 21st anniversary; recognises its outstanding contribution to the Yoker community over more than two decades through its work to reduce poverty, tackle social isolation and improve health and wellbeing; commends the Campus for providing learning, employability and wellbeing opportunities, with a particular focus on supporting those facing the greatest barriers to inclusion, including people with disabilities, mental health challenges and learning difficulties; acknowledges its commitment to empowering individuals by building confidence, developing skills, promoting lifelong learning and supporting people on their journey towards education, volunteering and employment; further recognises the dedication of its staff, trustees and volunteers in creating a welcoming and inclusive community hub that enables people to reach their full potential; and wishes everyone associated with Yoker Community Campus continued success in the years ahead.
