Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Ken Livingstone (Labour), on Monday, 18 January 1993, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 27 members in total.
MILITARY ACTION AGAINST IRAQ
That this House condemns the bombing of Iraq, a country whose military potential was virtually destroyed in the Gulf War; notes the double standards, whereby Iraq is attacked on the most minimal pretext with no United Nations mandate, whilst other nations defy United Nations resolutions with impunity; and calls for an immediate end to military action against Iraq.
