Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor John Austin (Labour), on Tuesday, 19 January 1993, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 37 members in total.

AIR EXCLUSION ZONES

That this House notes the action which Her Majesty's Government has taken together with the governments of France and the United States to enforce a no-fly zone over Iraq, which did not at the time have the authority or sanction of the United Nations Security Council; and contrasts this with the unwillingness of Her Majesty's Government to take action to enforce the United Nations authorised no-fly zone over Bosnia-Herzegovina.
