BBC WORLD SERVICE AND SOMALIA
That this House recognises the importance of the BBC World Service during crises in many parts of the world when communications are disrupted or become non-existent; congratulates the BBC in particular on its recent broadcasts both in English and in the Somali language; and welcomes the news that a further dawn programme will be broadcast to Somalia in the Somali language commencing on 12th December to meet the specific needs created by the present crisis.
