PENSIONERS' MANIFESTO
That this House welcomes the publication of the first ever pensioners' manifesto; believes that the views of the UK's 11 million pensioners are currently not adequately addressed; and calls upon the Government to endorse the key points of this manifesto, in particular the linking of the basic state pension to earnings.
