WELSH CEREAL PRODUCERS' SUPPORT SCHEME

That this House is appalled at the failure of the Secretary of State for Wales to protect the interests of Welsh lowland cereal producers in adopting discriminatory measures which will cause them serious financial harm; and demands that the Secretary of State for Wales reviews policy to ensure that lowland Welsh cereal producers receive treatment on a par with their English counterparts.
