Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Ray Powell (Labour), on Tuesday, 10 November 1992, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 84 members in total.
PARENTS AGAINST INJUSTICE
That this House expresses its grave concern at the imminent closure of the organisation Parents Against Injustice through lack of funds; and calls on the Government to give immediate and extra financial assistance on a long-term basis to this unique, worthy and worthwhile organisation that provides support, advice and counselling to parents, children, family members, professional carers and others when a child is mistakenly thought to be at risk or to have been abused.
