OFWAT AND LUDGATE LAUD (No. 2)

That this House notes that the honourable Member for Romsey and Waterside is a director of Ludgate Laud the lobbyists retained by OFWAT; notes the honourable Member told the honourable Member for Bradford West he would try to persuade Ian Byatt, Director General of OFWAT, to disclose the total cost to OFWAT of hiring Ludgate Laud; and believes that unless and until OFWAT reveals information the public are entitled to know, no Right honourable or honourable Members should accept invitations issued by Ludgate Laud to meet Mr Byatt or his representatives.
