Early day motion tabled by primary sponsor Lord Soley (Labour), on Tuesday, 22 March 1994, in the House of Commons. It is signed by 37 members in total.

CONDUCT OF HONOURABLE MEMBER FOR FULHAM

That this House notes that the honourable Member for Fulham, the Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Secretary of State for Education, has commented on a leaked document written by the OFSTED Inspector, and has done so in a totally negative and destructive fashion; therefore calls upon the Secretary of State to initiate an inquiry to find out who leaked the report; and further notes that the honourable Member for Fulham has, by his comments, given a strong impression that he knew about or condoned the leaks.
