866A1
At end add '; but regrets, however, that due to the continued and unlawful armed occupation, by Turkish troops, of the northern part of Cyprus and further due to the self-interested failure of Mr Rauf Denktash to seek to reach a realistic settlement, through the good offices of the United Nations, of the dispute that divides the island, democratically elected representatives of free parliaments are still unable to freely cross the Green line that, sadly, partitions the city of Nicosia.'.
866A2
At end add 'but regrets that the elected representatives were unable to experience the welcome which awaited them within the Turkish Cypriot Community due to the refusal of the Greek Cypriot Government to allow them to cross the Green Line into northern Cyprus.'
