That this House pays tribute to Mr Paul Goodall of Earby, Lancashire who was murdered in Bosnia on Friday 28th January 1994 while engaged in providing humanitarian relief for the victims of the conflict; salutes the courage of Mr Goodall and his colleagues David Court and Simon King who were wounded in the attack, and sends its condolences to his widow, Denise, and their four young daughters in their tragic bereavement.
