The Speaker has certified, under the terms of Standing Order No. 39A (Voting by proxy), as amended by the temporary Order of 23 September 2020 (Proxy voting during the pandemic), that Lucy Allan has given notice that she wishes to end her proxy voting arrangement with effect from when the Speaker takes the Chair on the 14th October.
