High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Bill
Report from the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills laid upon the Table by the Speaker, that in the case of the Petition for Additional Provision deposited in relation to the High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Bill in December 2015, certain Standing Orders are applicable, and of those which are applicable, Standing Orders 5, 36 and 42 have not been complied with; and in addition, that Standing Orders 10, 10A, 11, 12A, 13, 27, 27A, 34, 35, 36, 37, 39, 41, 42 and 45 have not been complied with in respect of the time prescribed by the Standing Orders for the giving of notices and making of deposits applicable to the purposes of the Additional Provision. Report referred to the Standing Orders Committee.
