High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Bill

The Chairman of Ways and Means reported from the Standing Orders Committee that it had resolved, in respect of the Petition for Additional Provision deposited in relation to the High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Bill: that the promoters of the Bill have met the conditions set by the Committee on 28 October 2014 in relation to non-compliance with Standing Order 10A (Publication of notice relating to works bills); and that the parties be permitted to insert their Additional Provision, if the Select Committee on the Bill thinks fit. The Resolution was agreed to.
