- If Home Sec has received any request from Swedish defence lawyer appointed to represent Captain Simon Hayward to provide evidence only available from official British sources that could assist him in defence of his client; & to give assurance that such evidence held by police or other authorities in UK and material to proving innocence of Captain Hayward, in event of charges being preferred against him, will not be withheld or suppressed
